For over 100 years, the L. Park Ave. Cement Block Company, the largest producer of concrete masonry units in the State of Rhode Island, was founded in 1920 and has been prominent in the block producing business for over 80 years. Park Ave. was incorporated in the mid 1940’s and has grown steadily from a small antiquated block operation to become the largest single block producer in Rhode Island.
